STILL is the daytime expression of the distillery Bondi Liquor Co. in Darlinghurst. By night, the space serves its own craft spirits. By day, it becomes a coffee house serving oversized cookies, fresh bagels and great coffee.

The philosophy is the same as the distillery: craft, precision, and flavour. Just like distillation extracts the essence of botanicals, coffee and baking are about perfect extraction and balance.
